Apparently this classic 1600-2 has been at least slightly modified.

If I had a lot of money, I would want to swap a modern turbo 4 into a 2002 and then recreate all the turbo pannels as sort of a modern day 2002 turbo hommage.

The spats (wing extensions) and the front and rear spoiler are readily available.
On the other hand if you had a lot of money you could just buy yourself a genuine Turbo - bolting on a smaller turbocharger to make it more drivable, of course.
